1. No Returns Policy

1.1 All Sales Final. At Freedom Sounds US, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products.

1.2 Rationale. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products, as well as to maintain efficient business operations.

2. Exchanges

2.1 Exchange Eligibility. While we do not offer returns, we do offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 14 days of the delivery date.

2.2 Condition of Items. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2.3 Exchange Process. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at freedomsoundsus@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

2.4 Exchange Fees. Customers are responsible for all associated exchange fees, including:
  a) Return shipping costs to send the original item back to us
  b) Shipping costs for the new item
  c) Any difference in price if exchanging for an item of greater value

2.5 Processing Time. Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 Inspection Period. We encourage customers to inspect their items immediately upon receipt.

5. Gift Purchases

5.1 Gift Exchanges. The same exchange policy applies to gifts. The gift recipient may initiate an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, following the same process outlined in section 2.
