1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time. Orders are typically processed within one to three (1-3) business days.

1.2 Order Cut-off. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) will begin processing the following business day.

1.3 Pre-orders and Back-orders. Freedom Sounds US does not offer pre-orders or back-ordered items. All items listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

2.1 Shipping Methods. Freedom Sounds US offers the following shipping methods for orders placed in the United States of America:
(a) Standard Shipping: Three to five (3-5) business days

2.2 Shipping Costs. Costs vary depending on destination and package weight. Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions and Special Cases

3.1 P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses. Freedom Sounds US ships to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS services.

3.2 Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Additional shipping charges may apply for these locations.

3.3 Local Pickup. Local pickup is not available.

3.4 International Shipping. Freedom Sounds US does not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship within the United States.

4. Packaging and Handling

4.1 Packaging Materials. All items are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

4.2 Eco-friendly Options. Freedom Sounds US currently does not offer specific eco-friendly shipping options, but we are constantly evaluating ways to reduce our environmental impact.

5. Tracking and Delivery
5.1 Tracking Information. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order ships.

5.2 Delivery Timeframes. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Freedom Sounds US is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier.

5.3 Undeliverable Packages. If a package is returned to Freedom Sounds US as undeliverable, we will contact the customer for an updated shipping address. The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

6. Insurance and Lost Packages

6.1 Shipping Insurance. Freedom Sounds US does not provide additional shipping insurance on items.

6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages. Freedom Sounds US is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. Customers must contact Freedom Sounds US within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date for potentially lost packages. Damaged items should be reported within three (3) days of delivery, with photographic evidence.

7. Exchanges

7.1 Exchange Policy. Freedom Sounds US offers exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for all associated exchange fees, including return shipping and any difference in product price.

7.2 Exchange Process. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at freedomsoundsus@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us and for the shipping costs of the exchanged item.

7.3 Condition of Returned Items. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for exchange.
